Coordinate AVI-SPL audio visual installation projects using project leadership, system testing, schematics, and technical troubleshooting. Support clients and field teams as needed.

The Installation Manager directs small to medium installation projects and coordinates integrated system activities. Work with Project Managers, lead technicians, department heads, and clients to prepare deliverables, support field installation, and complete testing. Mentor technical staff and act as customer liaison when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate control programming, field testing, and client training
- Read electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
- Perform cable pulling, connector installation, and display mounting
- Use tools to solder, crimp,



and complete AV tasks
- Travel to job sites and provide installation support

Requirements:

- Ability to manage small to medium projects
- Knowledge of audio, video, and control signal flow
- Familiarity with AV or electro-mechanical systems preferred
- Minor AMX or Crestron programming capability preferred
- Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive relationships
