In this Senior Manager position, you will lead the Highway and Municipal Roads design business and its multidisciplinary staff. Reporting to the Senior Director of Highways & Roads, you will manage client relationships, project delivery, business development, financial performance, and team resources. Success requires excellent internal and external communication while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverable quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build client relationships and identify opportunities in project pipelines
- Gather insights supporting effective proposal preparation
- Monitor project finances, scope, schedule, quality, and service




- Coordinate team resources, staffing, recruitment, and development
- Maintain health, safety, compliance, productivity, and performance

Requirements:

- University degree in Civil Engineering
- Eligibility for Qualified Engineer licensing in Ontario
- Minimum 15 years’ engineering and project management experience
- Design experience for Ontario municipalities and private clients
- Five-plus years managing and mentoring technical staff
