Engineer data platforms for Generative AI, RAG, and analytics at RBC Wealth Management in Toronto, using Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and cloud services.

This data engineering role supports up-to-date AI and BI capabilities across RBC Wealth Management. You will build production-grade infrastructure, integrate models with business workflows, and maintain consistent data assets across development, UAT, and production. The position also contributes to governance, security, automation, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build infrastructure supporting AI/ML and analytics workloads
- Connect AI capabilities with workflows through MCPs and APIs
- Automate repeatable data preparation and integration tasks
- Maintain data assets across Dev, UAT, and Production

Requirements:

- Degree in computer science, software, data engineering, or related field
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, and cloud-native services
- Familiarity with Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LLM serving
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Knowledge of financial, wealth, or investment management is advantageous
