Operate ambulances and deliver patient care as a Paramedic Level 1 for Toronto Paramedic Services. Rotating availability is required in all environmental conditions.

This full time temporary position supports Toronto Paramedic Services, PS Operations, transporting patients to hospitals and other directed destinations. You will monitor conditions, follow standing orders or direction, inspect vehicles, check inventory, and maintain clean, serviceable equipment. The position also includes station housekeeping, research participation, and assigned ambulance-service duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport sick, injured, and convalescent patients safely
- Observe and record changes in patient condition
- Inspect ambulances and verify equipment and supply inventory
- Keep vehicles, equipment, supplies,



and station areas serviceable
- Complete documentation required by standards and management

Requirements:

- Possess a current Class F Ontario Driver's License or better
- Provide an acceptable current Driver's Abstract
- Maintain mandatory immunizations required by Ontario and Toronto
- Know the Highway Traffic Act and municipal traffic by-laws
- Work rotating shifts, weekends, nights, overtime, and on call
