Lead multi-year learning roadmaps as a Learning Solutions Architect, using AI tools, project management, and adult learning practices in Toronto.

This hybrid contract develops and documents long-term learning strategies across multiple phases and waves. The position requires strong understanding of operating models, program governance, and performance consulting methodologies. You will research best practices, create business-oriented solutions, and communicate recommendations to executives, learning partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute long-term learning strategies and roadmaps
- Build rollout plans with senior management and partners
- Coordinate staffing and resources across learning workstreams




- Identify process improvements that reduce costs or create capacity
- Assess trends and impacts from evolving business requirements

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years of overall experience
- University degree required
- Experience with learning solutions and vendor relations
- MS Office, Teams, Excel, and Copilot experience
- Solid planning, negotiation, influence, and communication skills

Use strategy planning, AI-enabled tools, and learning governance expertise to deliver documented solutions and roadmaps.
