This Power Generation Engineer position partners with the Canadian sales organization across oil and gas, utilities, mining, manufacturing, and data centers. You will assess technical requirements, recommend equipment configurations, prepare proposal inputs, and present solutions to engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and HSE stakeholders. The work also includes hands-on troubleshooting and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess customer requirements and define practical technical solutions
- Develop scopes, execution plans, assumptions, exclusions, and bill-of-material inputs
- Present solutions to customer technical and operational stakeholders
- Support proposals, quotations,



technical materials, and market readiness
- Coordinate project schedules, reporting, issue tracking, and closeout

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Five or more years supporting power generation equipment, systems, or projects
- Experience translating customer requirements into engineering solutions
- Knowledge of generators, electrical equipment, controls, or related systems
- Ability to travel across Canada and meet site-access requirements
