CareRx is hiring a part time Pharmacist for its Regina Pharmacy at 1148 Dorothy Street. Use Kroll knowledge and organized judgment onsite.

Working under the Pharmacy Manager, you will deliver accurate, safe pharmacy service for patients and home partners. The schedule is one to two days weekly with an on call rotation. You will collaborate across the pharmacy and resident care teams, complete medication reviews, maintain inventory, and support team members when required. Kroll Windows knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues on medication orders
- Provide exceptional care to patients and home partners
- Coordinate drug deliveries with the delivery team
- Consult management about unresolved daily work issues
- Participate in training and support for team members

Requirements:

- Current Saskatchewan pharmacist licence in positive standing
- Effective organization, planning, and time management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Motivation to achieve high quality results
- Kroll Windows knowledge preferred
