Turn security information into action as a GTAA Officer supporting Toronto Pearson’s SeMS records, scorecards, investigations, and compliance processes.

Reporting to the Manager, Quality and Performance Management, this officer monitors security incidents and concerns across the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. You will maintain logs, analyze deficiencies, identify trends, and coordinate corrective actions with process owners and security stakeholders. The role also supports official information gathering and SeMS documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain incident, accident, and proactive report summary logs
- Analyze deficiencies and identify security trends
- Coordinate corrective actions with process owners




- Track non-aviation corporate security incidents using SeMS tools
- Improve SeMS reporting, documentation, and procedures

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or five years comparable airport experience
- Analytical, investigative, and inspection techniques knowledge
- Ability to study complex drawings for security concerns
- Understanding of Management Systems processes
- Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License
