This Accounting Manager role gives the Accounting team a dedicated leader and supports day-to-day execution. You will supervise accountants, own close activities, and maintain reconciliation integrity. The position combines people leadership with technical accounting, audit coordination, internal controls, and manual process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and develop Staff Accountants
- Allocate workloads, review work, and support performance development
- Own month-end and quarter-end close calendars




- Maintain integrity of balance sheet account reconciliations
- Strengthen controls and automate manual close activity

Requirements:

- CPA required for the Accounting Manager position
- Five-plus years of relevant experience including supervision
- Experience managing a team and reviewing others’ work
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Accounting software experience; NetSuite preferred
