Manage curriculum products at NAIT with instructional design, project planning, and quality assurance expertise within CCE.

The Curriculum Development Lead reports to the Curriculum Development Supervisor in Product Development Operations. This position manages development activities, coordinates project tasks, and supports contracted human resources to produce quality deliverables. You will collaborate with sponsors, Program Managers, Program Leads, and project partners while applying curriculum standards, educational technologies, and agile learning design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scope and cost curriculum projects with realistic timelines
- Prioritize curriculum products with project sponsors
- Coordinate development tasks and contracted resources




- Maintain accountability for project deliverables
- Participate in curriculum governance and committee decisions

Requirements:

- Master of Education or equivalent, with accepted alternatives
- Three years managing curriculum projects
- Three years curriculum development and instructional design experience
- In-depth project management knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and changing priorities
