Shape resilient utility infrastructure as a Senior Distribution Line Engineer serving WSP offices in Toronto, Thornhill, and Ontario.

This senior engineering position leads distribution line design for customer connections through large-scale system reconfigurations. Working within Power Delivery, you will coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, guide technical deliverables, and support low- and medium-voltage overhead and underground systems. Site visits and construction support may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead utility distribution design teams across project scales
- Coordinate engineers, designers, clients, and project stakeholders
- Review designs for standards compliance and consistency




- Guide construction documentation and engineering calculations
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Engineering degree and current P.Eng license in Ontario
- 10 to 15 years of distribution line design experience
- Experience with 4 kV–35 kV systems
- Distribution or powerline software experience, including similar tools
- Ability to balance safety, cost, and performance
