The Manager oversees large assigned clinical operations or program services, directly supervises Level 4 or 5 Nurses, and manages operational, administrative, and service responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Directly supervise Nurses at Level 4 or 5 classifications
- Recruit staff and support leadership and development plans
- Investigate complaints, grievances, and clinical operations issues




- Advocate for patients, residents, clients, and families
- Chair committees and implement approved recommendations

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
- Seven years’ recent related experience and two leadership years
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of budget planning and preparation principles
- Ability to work under pressure and changing deadlines
