Shape OpenText Content Aviator’s AI platform from Waterloo, leading developers across agentic systems, LLMs, LangGraph, and enterprise information management. The position is office-based.

You will provide technical leadership for a platform enabling low-code and custom agentic solutions across OpenText products. Your work includes architecture, delivery ownership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The role calls for practical expertise in RAG pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, and production-grade AI systems.

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of software development experience
- Technical leadership experience of at least two years
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
