As a Principal Product Designer, you will establish standards and lead high-impact initiatives across product areas. You will contribute to design system consistency, communicate decisions with insights and data, and collaborate with executive stakeholders. The role combines strategic vision, hands-on product design, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define design strategy and standards across product areas
- Build consensus through wireframes and prototypes
- Ensure designs meet high implementation standards
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Champion user-centered design throughout OPENLANE

Requirements:

- Eight or more years as a Product Designer
- Leadership experience at senior or principal level
- Portfolio demonstrating a complete design process
- Experience solving complex product design problems
- Solid communication, collaboration, and action orientation
