As Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead delivery within WSP’s Ports, Marine & Coastal team. Your experience in bridge engineering, heavy civil infrastructure, industrial facilities, transportation structures, reinforced concrete, or rehabilitation can transfer to marine and waterfront projects. The position emphasizes quality review, mentorship, planning, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structural engineering delivery for complex infrastructure projects
- Review technical calculations, designs, reports, and deliverables
- Guide developing engineers and strengthen technical excellence




- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders
- Build client relationships and support business development initiatives

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree with structural specialization
- Professional Engineer designation in Canada
- Fluent French communication skills
- 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
- Solid Canadian standards and engineering practices knowledge
