Within the Design & Construction Team, you will administer contracts, review shop drawings, and coordinate construction documentation. You will respond to contractor RFIs, conduct project specification reviews, and perform on-site inspections as necessary. Mentoring technical skills and supporting company culture are also part of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer contracts and review shop drawings thoroughly
- Coordinate specifications, contractors, consultants, and construction details
- Respond to and track contractor RFI submissions
- Mentor team members on drafting and software utilization

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of architectural project experience
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
