As Store Manager and brand ambassador, you will establish the processes and service culture defining the current flagship experience. You will own profitability through inventory, staffing, and operational efficiency while sharing sales insights, customer feedback, and market trends with leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare reopening operations, recruitment, training, and merchandising
- Establish flagship standards, processes, and service culture
- Monitor performance and recommend growth opportunities
- Manage profitability, replenishment,

- Share customer feedback, product insights, and market trends

Requirements:

- Three to five years of retail management experience
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated high-performing team leadership and sales results
- Experience managing KPIs, inventory, POS, and reporting
- French and English fluency with retail-period flexibility
