This Senior Counsel role advises on customer-facing and strategic commercial transactions across Relativity’s business. The work includes software licensing, hybrid cloud agreements, data processing, strategic partnerships, and AI-enabled offerings. You will partner with Sales, Product, Security, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to manage legal risk and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate software, SaaS, hybrid cloud, and strategic partnership agreements
- Provide timely legal advice on complex commercial issues
- Manage stakeholder and customer communications during negotiations




- Participate in approval workflows and prioritize contracts
- Use AI legal technology tools to improve efficiency

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of relevant in-house or law firm experience
- Extensive technology transactions and commercial contracting experience
- Understanding of privacy, security, intellectual property, and regulatory considerations
- Ability to research and analyze legal issues
- Robust organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
