Caribou seeks a Senior Product Manager to build meaningful products for home care organizations and the caregivers they support. You will work directly with users, identify what matters most, make informed decisions with imperfect information, and deliver products that create tangible value for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of complex product problems and initiatives
- Quickly learn new spaces and identify opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams toward meaningful outcomes
- Measure product performance and continuously improve experiences
- Travel occasionally to meet United States users

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Product Management experience
- Proven record launching, measuring, and iterating products
- Solid product judgment and practical decision-making
- Resourceful, adaptable approach with limited resources
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or workforce technology preferred
