This full time, 18-month contract supports Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited’s corporate recruitment needs. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will define requirements, create job postings, evaluate applicants, and coordinate recruitment-related projects. Your work will support seamless experiences for hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define role requirements with hiring managers
- Craft compelling job postings for open positions
- Evaluate applicants against qualifications and criteria
- Stay current on recruitment practices and legislation
- Support projects from planning through completion

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources, agribusiness, business, or related field
- Three to five years of recruitment experience
- Hands-on Applicant Tracking System experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
