WellFort is seeking Primary Care Physicians for full-time and part time positions in Brampton, including Bramalea and Four Corners. Physicians provide direct care, maintain professional standards, and contribute to teaching, research, and quality improvement. The role supports coordinated services across community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
- Maintain client records and clinical documentation requirements
- Participate in chart audits and quality improvement programs
- Support medical learners and family practice residents

Requirements:

- Good standing with Ontario physician and family physician colleges
