This Senior Project Planner / Estimator supports projects from estimate through early execution while keeping work defined, sequenced, documented, and material-ready. You will prepare Field Installation Work Packages, manage material registers, and coordinate procurement information with project teams. The role also contributes quantities, pricing, and vendor details for requests for proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop execution-ready plans from estimates through early execution
- Align FIWPs with the Path of Construction
- Track bills of material and procurement risks
- Coordinate planning constraints with project stakeholders
- Provide quantities and pricing for RFP responses
Requirements:
- 10+ years of industrial planning or estimating experience
- Knowledge of industrial construction and piping fabrication
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Solid material planning and document control skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and project systems
