WSP is seeking a structural engineering manager to support continued growth and consolidation across the region. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will define team growth objectives, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to pursuit strategies and proposals. This French-speaking setting also calls for collaboration with WSP teams across Quebec and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define growth objectives for the Gatineau Structures team
- Attract, engage, and retain structural engineering talent
- Support utilization, financial, quality, and satisfaction indicators




- Develop pursuit strategies and professional services proposals
- Collaborate with WSP teams across Quebec and Canada

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership or interest in management
- Proactive, accountable, and collaborative interpersonal approach
- Curiosity about innovation and continuous improvement
