This Senior Associate role sits within Deals Transaction Services and Financial Due Diligence. You will provide data-driven insights to corporate and financial buyers and sellers. Your work will validate financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions while supporting understanding of transaction valuation and structure. AI and digital tools support training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive in-depth financial analysis of transaction data
- Prepare normalized net working capital analyses
- Analyze debt and debt-like items
- Present data effectively using analytics tools
- Meet management to obtain critical information
Requirements:
- Senior Associate-level audit experience
- Chartered Skilled Accountant designation preferred
- Proven technical and analytical capabilities
- Engagement team management and leadership experience
- English and French fluency for client support
