Shape Closer’s property-closing software through usability testing and research. Support lawyers, clerks, and clients across Ontario and Alberta.

Reporting to the Head of UX Research, you will lead research from initial planning through execution. You will test product designs, study user behaviour, and translate multiple data sources into meaningful insights. Your work will guide continued product development and design iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan research initiatives and define hypotheses for testing
- Conduct usability tests with lawyers and clerks
- Aggregate research results from multiple data sources
- Assist product teams with design iteration processes
- Facilitate meetings to manage and triage research findings

Requirements:

- Experience with B2B SaaS or web-based software
- Proficiency in think aloud usability studies and contextual inquiries
- Experience with parallel prototyping and evaluation research
- Knowledge of evolving research tools and best practices
- Degree in HCI, cognitive psychology, cognitive science, or related field
