EY seeks a highly skilled Senior Consultant or Manager for its HR Technology practice. You will combine technical proficiency and strategic insight while configuring benefits, connecting Employee Central Core HR, Payroll, and third-party providers. Your work will support intuitive employee experiences and compliant administration across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workshops and design-thinking sessions with stakeholders
- Configure eligibility, enrollment, and life event management
- Integrate Core HR, Payroll, and benefits providers
- Drive benefits analytics, dashboards,



and compliance reporting
- Partner with change teams to support adoption

Requirements:

- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits
- Understanding of global benefits compliance and regulations
- Three to five years in EC Global Benefits
- Experience managing cross-functional global program teams
- SuccessFactors certifications are ideally also held
