As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering land development and municipal engineering projects. Your responsibilities combine client engagement, proposal preparation, fee development, pursuit strategy support, and technical quality. You will mentor engineers and designers while collaborating with specialists in planning, geotechnical, water resources, transportation, and environmental disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams through design and construction
- Develop client relationships and pursue business opportunities
- Prepare proposals and support fee development




- Champion digital delivery and continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers and designers toward technical excellence

Requirements:

- 10–15+ years in Ontario land development engineering
- Skilled Engineer designation in Ontario
- Demonstrated project leadership and successful outcomes
- Business development and pursuit strategy experience
- Willingness to travel periodically throughout Northern Ontario
