Beacon College Prep seeks an educator who can prepare and deliver rigorous lessons while supporting learners with disabilities and wide-ranging needs. The work includes differentiated instruction, academic and behavioral interventions, student feedback, family communication, and collaboration with school teams. Educators also participate in coaching, weekly professional development, and summer professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with parents and students
- Provide accommodations, modifications, and learner supports
- Grade student work and provide academic feedback




- Maintain positive values-based student and staff culture
- Assist with school-wide transitions and routines

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required by employment
- Valid State Certification highly preferred, not required
- Urban public school experience preferred, not required
- Ability to deliver rigorous Tier 1 instruction
- Willingness to collaborate with teaching and leadership teams
