Within the Grid Technology Centre of Excellence, this Principal Power System Engineer provides subject matter expertise for grid connection. You will formulate technology roadmaps, assess compliance, and collaborate with CSA, NRCan, Provincial System Operators, energy regulators, and industry partners. The work supports WTG, BESS, Hydrogen, wind, and hybrid projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership in grid connection
- Formulate roadmaps for recent products and features
- Navigate complex regulatory environments and compliance challenges




- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assess grid technologies for product and project delivery

Requirements:

- Master's degree in electrical power engineering
- Minimum seven years in grid connection or network planning
- Expert knowledge of grid codes and power system stability
- PowerFactory, PSSe, PSCAD, and Python experience
- Customer-focused communication and stakeholder engagement skills
