As an experienced Manager, you will coordinate resources, supervise work, and foster high-performing teams across assurance, compilation, tax, and consulting services. The position calls for a CPA designation, at least five years of progressive public practice experience, and robust communication. You will contribute to recruiting, internal training, and the development of people from within. RHN CPA has served clients for over 70 years through four offices across BC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate resources and monitor engagement budgets

Requirements:

- CPA designation
