Humber River Health seeks a forward-thinking Chief and Medical Director to advance program growth across its digital hospital system. You will partner with the Program Director to monitor performance, steward resources, and engage physicians. The position also supports teaching, research, education, compliance, and continuous improvement across a broad imaging portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advance HRH strategic priorities through Medical Imaging planning
- Monitor program performance and steward departmental resources
- Promote physician engagement, communication, and accountability




- Support academic, clinical, education, and research initiatives
- Complete the HRH Physician Leadership and Engagement Program

Requirements:

- Clinical excellence and sound judgment as a radiologist
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- At least five years of management or leadership experience
- Experience with change leadership and program development
- Faculty appointment eligibility at the University of Toronto
