As an Oracle Payroll Lead, you will serve as a payroll subject matter expert for client engagements. You will work with elements, balances, rapid formulas, costing, payment methods, flows, legislative requirements, security, and reporting. You will also develop project deliverables and explain complex concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead payroll reconciliation and solution design workshops
- Configure payroll modules according to requirements and Oracle practices
- Develop configuration workbooks, process maps, and interface specifications
- Coordinate technical work supporting financial and vendor requirements
- Execute lifecycle activities from discovery through hypercare
Requirements:
- Minimum six years of relevant Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- At least two end-to-end payroll implementations completed
- Two full projects through go-live with payroll reconciliation
- Hands-on proficiency with HDL, OTBI, OIC, APIs, and security
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred
