Reporting to the Senior Director of Affordable Housing and Property Management, this supervisor oversees policies, procedures, and plans affecting Edmonton properties. The role ensures leases, ledgers, communications, building standards, tenancy licences, codes, bylaws, and funder requirements remain properly managed. You will also prepare reports, administer insurance claims, address repairs, and support safe housing operations. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, with travel between residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure properties meet codes, bylaws, licence, and funder standards
- Administer Residential Tenancy Act compliance across housing locations




- Process accurate leases, ledgers, notices, and correspondence
- Prepare statistics and reports as required

Requirements:

- Five years of property management work experience minimum
- CPM or APM accreditation preferred
- Experience with budgets, contracts, and property management systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate documentation
- Valid Class 5 licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance
