Build Autodesk Assistant’s reusable AI design system through pattern libraries, interaction quality signals, and cross-product collaboration. The role includes light North American travel two to three times yearly.

As Principal Experience Designer, you will help product teams adopt scalable patterns instead of isolated solutions. You will author system guidance for conversational, agentic, and visual interactions. You will also mentor designers and shape portfolio-wide decisions with senior partners.

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in UX, product design, or related fields
- Track record applying human-centered design to complex problems
- Experience creating systems adopted by other teams
- Proven mentoring and design organization development experience
- Excellent communication and close cross-functional collaboration
