As Property Supervisor, you will help modernize the Facilities department for an established residential property organization. The position focuses on proactive operations, process standardization, work order management, and capital planning. You will oversee building performance while leading maintenance staff and coordinating contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee residential property operations and building performance
- Manage preventative maintenance and operational priorities
