This role sits within Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting and focuses on the accuracy of Canadian regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include control governance, auditability, regulatory change, process redesign, and technology-enabled reporting optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strengthen governance over regulatory reporting accuracy and completeness
- Standardize processes, documentation, reconciliations, and evidence standards
- Drive reporting optimization through automation and analytics




- Coordinate cross-functional responses to accounting and control issues
- Support local regulatory and statutory audits

Requirements:

- Advanced understanding of finance functions, products, or client segments
- Ability to articulate risk and impact to varied audiences
- Solid Microsoft 365 working knowledge
- Experience with external auditors and control frameworks
- Automation, analytics, or AI-driven process experience is an asset
