The position requires experienced professionals who can build strong client relationships and advise on employment legislation. Projects may include compliance, employee issues, policies and procedures, or compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build rapport and maintain excellent client relationships
- Advise clients regarding employment legislation and policies
- Consult on HR compliance and employee issues
- Support policies, procedures, and compensation projects
- Coordinate assignments using effective time management

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of Human Resources experience
- Robust attention to detail in client work
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
