Own regional Windows 11 virtual desktop direction at WSP, combining Azure services, FSLogix, security governance, and user experience improvement.

As Workplace VDI technical authority, you will improve virtual desktop services supporting WSP people across Canada and around the world. Your work spans single-session and multi-session Windows 11 golden images, profile containers, monitoring, optimisation, and security-by-design. You will influence global stakeholders, support major incidents, and evaluate emerging technologies that add business value and service capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Windows 11 image strategies and desktop optimisation
- Promote security-by-design across platform services and solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend service improvements




- Provide expert guidance during major incidents and investigations
- Identify autoscaling, right-sizing, and unused resource savings

Requirements:

- Hands-on enterprise end-user VDI experience, typically seven-plus years
- Windows 11 Enterprise, FSLogix, and virtual desktop optimisation expertise
- Azure Virtual Desktop and supporting Azure services knowledge
- Experience with ControlUp or Azure Monitor
- Robust communication across global, multicultural teams and time zones
