The Manager, Registrations, oversees firm and individual registration obligations within Legal & Regulatory Compliance. This leadership role advises Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, branch management, and senior leaders on complex registration issues. You will support multiple regulated business models, regulatory initiatives, and technology enhancements while maintaining compliance with securities requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance registration policies, procedures, controls, and governance
- Identify, assess, and escalate registration-related regulatory risks
- Interpret CIRO Rules, securities legislation, and regulatory notices




- Partner on technology enhancements and regulatory change initiatives
- Build relationships with CIRO and provincial securities regulators

Requirements:

- Six or more years of progressive registrations experience
- Previous people management experience in registration or compliance
- Experience across Investment Dealer, IFM, EMD, and PM registrations
- Knowledge of registration, proficiency, suitability, and filing requirements
- Ability to influence regulators, senior management, and business stakeholders
