Support people and communities through the Canadian Red Cross HELP program as a Senior Program Coordinator in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Work in person while coordinating service delivery and volunteers.

This permanent full-time position supports a service center’s Health Equipment Loan Program. You will align services with CRC policies and community needs, guide volunteers, coordinate long-term care relationships, and maintain accurate equipment and program information. Client relationship experience is required, while senior or volunteer experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support service-center planning and program execution
- Recruit, orient, and train HELP volunteers
- Coordinate equipment loans, returns, deliveries, and pickups




- Complete administrative information flow and documentation
- Maintain records and prepare regular program reports

Requirements:

- Four to five years’ related experience or equivalent combination
- Solid organizational skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and presentation skills
- Experience managing client relationships and supporting satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within province
