Lead Current Product Introduction and process improvement for GE Vernova’s Markham Industrialization Team through technical manufacturing engineering. Build capable, repeatable, scalable assembly processes.This Manufacturing Process Engineer manages manufacturing processes from pilot build through full-rate production. The work combines industrialization strategy, DFM/DFA, process flows, and assembly instructions.

You will also improve production lines using Lean methods, automation, and digital systems.Key Responsibilities:





Lead industrialization strategies for new product introductionsDevelop production cell architectures and detailed process flowsCreate comprehensive assembly work instructionsIdentify bottlenecks and maximize production throughputDrive Kaizen and 5S process improvementsRequirements:

Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Engineering degreeMinimum five years in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturingExperience with box builds and system final assembly preferredExperience managing complex product structures in SAP and MESFamiliarity with IPC-A-610/620 manufacturing and quality standardsApply manufacturing process engineering, NPI leadership, DFM/DFA, and Lean expertise to advance GE Vernova production in Markham.
