As Project Manager, Process and Methods Improvements, you will lead initiatives for the A220 Configuration Method team. You will translate engineering requirements into assembly sequences and support aircraft changes. The position serves as the primary interface for process and tool improvement projects within Manufacturing Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Configuration Management improvement and process project portfolios
- Deploy agile processes, methods, and tools with Methods teams
- Develop process maps, documentation, working methods, and training
- Prioritize resources and activities while integrating project constraints




- Prepare deliverables for executive reviews and gate validations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Methods, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management
- Five years' similar experience or ten to fifteen years as Methods Agent
- Understanding of manufacturing process and tool interactions, including ERP
- Solid leadership and collaborative decision-making approach
- Excellent written and oral French and English communication
