This Production Manager role oversees daily operations within an established manufacturing organization. You will lead supervisors and shop-floor personnel while managing scheduling, capacity, resource allocation, and production performance. The position emphasizes technical knowledge, people leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity

Coach supervisors and shop-floor personnel toward high performance

Manage schedules, workforce planning, resources, and capacity

Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions





Use SAP for planning, materials, and manufacturing operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, industrial management, or related discipline

Production management experience in industrial manufacturing environments

Hands-on SAP Materials Management and Production Planning experience

Working knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems

Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, and control plans
