This Program Manager manages development activities from concept through launch in a complex manufacturing environment. The work connects engineering, process, quality, packaging, sourcing, customers, and production teams. It emphasizes milestone delivery, budget tracking, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and compliance with applicable automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution against strategic goals, milestones, and budgeted targets

Allocate resources across teams and track program performance indicators

Champion prototype and production quoting timing and deliverables





Approve tooling and line equipment after successful in-house trials

Coordinate process sign-off, containment, stabilization, and production ECN releases

Requirements

Engineering bachelor’s degree or diploma

At least three years managing or supporting manufacturing programs

Automotive OEM or Tier 1 launch experience is an asset

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and automotive requirements

Solid MS Office, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
