Lead integrated marketing campaigns for Manulife’s sponsor and advisor audiences in a hybrid Toronto role using data-informed planning and AI.
As Marketing Consultant, Sponsor/Advisor Marketing & Growth, you will support audience-focused programs that build awareness, engagement, adoption, and retention. The position reports to the Director, Sponsor/Advisor Marketing & Growth and collaborates with business, sales, product, digital, and creative partners. You will translate customer, market, and business insights into messaging, value propositions, and campaign plans.
Key Responsibilities
Execute integrated sponsor and advisor marketing programs
Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and partner contributions
Develop messaging and sales enablement resources
Monitor results and recommend practical improvements
Use AI and marketing technology to improve effectiveness
Requirements
Three to five years in marketing, communications, or related work
Excellent writing, drafting, and editing skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools
Robust project management and prioritization skills
