As Marketing Director, you will set strategic direction while building the systems that keep priorities transparent, work visible, and decisions moving. You will own the performance dashboard, monthly channel read, marketing budget allocation, and test success criteria. You will personally build AI workflows for creative production, analysis, reporting, lifecycle, and prototyping, then teach the team to use them.

Requirements

Hands-on experience leading marketing work and small teams

Fluency building AI workflows without lowering quality standards

Experience managing agencies, contractors, and vendors

Ability to evaluate account health firsthand

Strong skepticism toward vanity metrics and clean experiments
