As Material

Supply and Planning Manager, you will integrate production schedules, material requirements, inventory health, and short-term capacity planning. Reporting to the Site Leader, you will translate customer and business requirements into executable plans. You will lead the planning team while partnering with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Reliability, and Sanitation.

The role requires robust scheduling, analytical, SAP, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.Lead realistic site production planning and manufacturing schedulesTranslate production plans into material requirementsIdentify shortages, capacity constraints,
