Help build DarkVision’s advanced acoustic imaging platform through mechanical design, prototype validation, and manufacturing collaboration in Vancouver.

This in office, regular full-time position supports products that protect delicate electronics in extreme industrial conditions. You will carry designs from early ideas to production readiness while working with software, machine learning, data, and other engineering teams. The role suits engineers experienced with CAD, vendors, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed designs for product mechanical systems

Determine device and component testing requirements

Build prototypes and support validation troubleshooting

Collaborate with contract manufacturers and external vendors

Communicate design dependencies across engineering teams

Requirements

Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Engineering Physics degree

At least two years of mechanical design experience

3D CAD experience using Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Creo

Experience producing toleranced 2D fabrication drawings

Experience assembling and testing prototypes

Use CAD, vendor coordination, and prototype testing expertise to advance DarkVision’s acoustic industrial imaging technology.
