Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and beauty services to enhance clients’ appearance and confidence. This role requires a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in delivering guest services that promote relaxation, beauty, and well-being while supporting retail sales and product demonstrations.

Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines and recommend suitable products to clients.
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as guest check-in/out, scheduling appointments, and answering client inquiries.
- Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Offer additional services such as hair styling or makeup application when appropriate.




- Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering excellent guest services and hospitality throughout each appointment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in skincare, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a spa or salon setting.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently.
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a friendly demeanor at all times.
