Reporting to the Merchandising Integrations Manager, this Project Lead delivers seasonal product planning and lasting process improvements. The work includes maintaining assortment plans, supporting cross-functional requests, and analyzing large datasets. Candidates should demonstrate accountability, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating organizational change.

Establish seasonal milestones with cross-functional department partners

Proactively manage risks affecting seasonal product delivery

Improve workflows with Merchandising leaders





Maintain current information across plans and shared documents

Coordinate assortment requests and marketing samples

Requirements

Two to three years of merchandising or related experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred

Knowledge of product development lifecycle

Intermediate Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Ability to balance deadlines and changing priorities
